I stay at the Best Western Hotel Bern regularly and am happy to return every time. The central location in the middle of the Bern old town is ideal. Many sights, restaurants, and shops are easily reachable on foot. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I especially appreciate the pleasant atmosphere and the quiet night's sleep despite the central location. A big compliment goes to the entire team: The service, whether in the hotel or in the Volkshaus restaurant, is consistently friendly, professional, and attentive.
The hotel is situated right at the edge of the Old Town, within a short walking distance to the railway station and with the famous Zytglogge Clock Tower just right round the corner. The reception is very capacious with plenty of seating and constantly busy during our visit there. There is a terrace on the eighth floor – great for those evening drinks and admiring the lights of the city.
Our stay at the Best Western Plus Hotel Bern was fantastic! The hotel's location in the heart of Bern's old city was ideal. The rooftop restaurant boasted incredible city views, and the food was delicious. The staff was attentive, the rooms were comfortable, and the hotel's central location made exploring Bern convenient.
It was the best decision ever that we chose Best Western Plus Hotel Bern as our base for 8 nights! We booked a Suite-1 Double Bed for three adults and were pleasantly surprised that our room was a lovely
