What a wonderful hotel! The hotel bathroom was probably the cleanest I have ever been in The staff was super friendly. However I will dock points off this hotel as we checked in early and left our luggage to do activities around the city, we were assured that our luggage will be brought to our room. ... be warn there is no ramp to haul your luggage when you enter the hotel, you will have to carry it up stairs to get to the front desk, besides those issues, it was a good overall stay with friendly people and staff.
As a family with our two children, we had a wonderful time at the Grand Hotel Europe in Lucerne and felt very comfortable from the very beginning. Our new room was really very nice, modern, and cozy. We especially liked the great view – waking up in the morning and enjoying this view was simply delightful. The hotel's location is also great. Centrally located, so you can reach many things easily, and at the same time a wonderful starting point to discover Lucerne.
